There are five modules to Artlook Online: Inventory, Contacts, Groupings, Settings and Reports.
The Artlook Online screen is similar in all modules.
The top level row is the same in all modules and contains the principal menu for navigation to the modules. For a detailed description of each module, see their respective Knowledgebase entries.
At the far right of the row you will see your login name. Clicking here will reveal the System Menu – see separate Knowledgebase entry for details.
Underneath is the Operations Tool Bar. This offers a different set of functions in each of the modules. In general, it offers the ability to create or delete records, to select all records, to print context-based reports, to move between pages, change the sequence of displayed records and the style of the display. Not all of these functions are appropriate to all modules.
Below this is the body of the screen which shows your data, with a Query Pane at the right-hand side to filter your data (in appropriate modules). Your records will be showing in the data display area.
The screen is responsive to the size of your device or browser and will adjust its layout accordingly if there is insufficient space to display as show in the graphic above. In small screens, tablets and smart phones, some of the buttons will have their words replaced with symbols and they can all be replaced by a “hamburger” menu when space is at a premium
