The artwork may be part of an exhibition, event, website, calendar event, or associated with other items in the gallery. In which case you may want to add it as belonging to that particular group. Within the inventory there is an option to add the artwork to a group, this will automatically feed into the Groupings area.
Go to the Groupings and Uploads tab within Inventory. If the artwork is already in a grouping, it will be listed at the top of this page. In order to add an existing group go to ‘Add or remove groupings’ area and click in the form field. A drop down menu will appear of all the groupings available, select one of these. If your group has not yet been created, you are able to type the name of it in this box. Click on Amend groupings button to save the work.
There is a tick-box option to only show the work as part of the grouping on the website.
