Where more than one item needs to be included in a transaction (and on the customer invoice) this is possible using the BASKET option.
All Transactions can now be processed as either DIRECT or BASKET. Direct is exactly the same process as previously, Basket allows a multiple item transaction. If you only rarely will want to include multiple items in a transaction you can set the default option to DIRECT – go to Settings > Inventory > Default transaction method. You will still see the Basket option during a transcation so it is easy to use this as needed.
