Groupings Overiew
The Groupings feature is a powerful tool which enables you to put inventory items together as a group for gallery events, online events, a private Lightbox page, a slideshow, price list, set of labels or consignments. This area can also be used for calendar reminders and for pulling forward details onto your website and social media.
New – Create a new Grouping
Delete – Deletes the Grouping you have selected
Import – Import Zip files to create a Group
Select All – Selects all Groupings
Tile View – Views Groupings as index cards
List View – Views Groupings as a list
Navigation arrows – move around the screens easily
Search Tool – Makes a search box available for you to search for a particular Grouping
View Options – First view option will enable you to only see certain types of Groupings, eg non-calendar events. The second view option enables you to change the order in which you view your Groupings, eg alphabetical or by date.
Sequence Options – This allows you to view the groupings in a different sequence, this could be the date order or alphabetical.
Once you have created a new Grouping you are then able to add images, calendar details and web updates.
