Artlook has an extensive range of settings that you may change to suit your needs. From the main menu select Settings and you will find a screen with the following tabs, each will enable you to customise the options.
General – Opening, sizing, measurement options
Contacts – Level of detail to show in relation to contacts
Inventory – Details of what will be shown, delivery costs, sundries costings
Lists – Various lists within Artlook can be edited from here
Accounts – Address, tax and bank details
Documents – Numbering and wording of automated documents
External accounts – Any external online accounts can be added here
Logo – Logo image uploaded here for use on automatically generated documents
Website – Details of how website looks and works. This will only appear if you have added a tick to the general tab indicating that a website is connected to Artlook.
