Introduction

Contacts Overview

The Contacts area is a database containing contact details of your artists, suppliers and contacts.  You are able to filter through the contact list to show the results you need for a particular project and then export these results directly to a csv file or list.  In order to perform an action with contacts you need to make sure the tick box is checked for that particular contact or contacts.

Delete – this will delete any selected contacts

Select All – select all contacts on the page, putting ticks in the selection boxes of all visible contacts.  This will not select multiple pages of contacts only the current page.  If you navigate away from this page, your selection will be lost

Core Filters – search for your contacts by name, reference, address or email in full or part.  Alternatively search for tags, contact type or preferred contact method

Advanced Filters –  search through your contacts by those who have bought work from a certain artist, a certain type of work, for artworks of a certain value and when the purchase was made

Results processing – give your filtered results a name to enable you to repeat the search again in the future, create a campaign for the results of your filters, export the results and refresh your screen to clear all filters

The results you generate from your required filters relies on the information you have input about your contacts, so the more comprehensive the data, the more you will be able to put that data to work.
