The Export feature enables you to either download all items in the grouping at a zip file to store on your computer, or to consign the whole grouping to an external contact.
Within a grouping click on Export
This will give you the option to either Export or Consign
Clicking on Export will save a zip file to your computer
Click on Consign to consign the whole group over to external party, you will need to complete a form to do this, which will then mark each item in the grouping as being consigned. This saves time if you are sending multiple items to one person/organisation.
